RJ Thieneman Family Foundation

Ours is the responsibility to make a difference in the Louisville community and leave a lasting legacy.

Over 60 years ago, Robert and Faye Thieneman set out to create a family business that values the role of every employee and builds communities residents are proud of. To continue this mission, the RJ Thieneman Family Foundation supports causes with similar values in the greater Louisville community and proactively seeks new and creative ways to have a long-term impact on projects of importance to the RJ Thieneman family.

Our Mission:

To improve the quality of life for citizens and organizations of Louisville through grants and philanthropic leadership to meet the present and emerging needs of our community, particularly in the fields of family, housing, and wellness.
