This week, Louisville Business First published an article ranking the top suburbs in Louisville. The ranking was done by Niche.com which included the top 25 suburbs in Louisville. The rankings were based on housing, public schools, and diversity. We are happy to say that some of these suburbs have RJ Thieneman residential developments within or right next to the main area of focus!
Louisville is ever changing, and within the past few years, the metro has seen some exciting growth! People want to live here. New job opportunities are coming and many fun new business are opening up. The question is where are these people moving in going to go? There are a number of new housing developments sprouting up across the region. Depending what an individual is looking for, they will be able to find it. Check out The Louisville Area’s Best Suburbs to figure out where the highest ranked areas are. Jeffersontown, KY made the list! That is exciting news for us since we are in the finishing stages of our residential development, Saratoga Springs, which is in Jtown!
