Exclusive living for the sophisticated homeowner.
The Reserve at Fox Run is the first project from Louisville-based developers RJ Thieneman in a joint venture with Fox Run Partners. This new development offers exclusive living for the sophisticated homeowner in Louisville’s East End. There are 64 homesites in both Oldham and Jefferson counties. Lots are still available, however they are going fast. The development is located on Old Henry Road and extends 37 acres to Ash Avenue in Oldham County.
The developers desire is to create a unique community that they could imagine their families living and growing in. The majority of the homesites back up to a lush wooded area with a creek for neighborhood families to enjoy; which make The Reserve at Fox Run stand out from other new developments in the area.
“The location is ideal. You’re in close proximity of Forest Springs, Middletown and Springhurst
while at the same time there is a secluded feel to the neighborhood.”
– Bob Thieneman, Developer
The Reserve at Fox Run is only two miles from the Old Henry Road exit of the Gene Snyder for easy access to the interstate. Bob Thieneman also points out, “Old Henry Road will eventually be expanded into three lanes, connecting to Ash Avenue in Oldham county, which allows access to the development from both counties,” further adding to the location’s convenience.
Homes in The Reserve of Fox Run begin at $500,000, and are custom-built to fit your family’s needs by select, local home builders. Homeowner’s are able to choose their homesite and/or builder to create their dream home. Several of these builders have been featured in past Building Industry Association of Louisville’s Homearama. Custom homes are underway, with new homes started daily.
