Louisville, KY — Quickly after acquiring The Woods of Glen Oaks in April 2013, RJ Thieneman Developers sold 33 of the 37 lots in only 3 weeks! The lots were sold to 12 builders as well as a few private buyers. Over a dozen contracts to build have been signed, while inventory homes will be built on the remaining lots.
