Brian and Bob have a long history of working together and giving back to Louisville families. Brian oversees commercial development, and he’s currently developing a new phase in the Shops of Forest Springs. Bob is currently managing residential developments at Saratoga Springs and Rock Springs. These newly built homes are some of the highest quality in the area, and special care is taken to ensure RJ Thieneman continues to uphold its legacy as a premier community developer.
Brian, a devoted businessman and father, has done a lot to develop RJ Thieneman into the company it is today. His friends and colleagues cite his strong business ethics and driven personality as the major reasons behind his success.
Bob has worked hard to balance his passion for building with his interest in local causes, such as the Building Industry Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Louisville, KY. Bob understands the needs of families and the need to cater to their lifestyles.
Between the two brothers, RJ Thieneman has become a fixture in Kentucky, helping families build homes and futures for their loved ones. Over the years, RJ Thieneman has developed and sold more than three million square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 homes since 1958.
