Stacy Conley was the first to participate in the RJ Thieneman Apprentice Builder program. After her successful experience she has started partnering with her mother to form a new custom home building company, Thieneman Conley Construction LLC! Patti Thieneman Seitz has been building homes for many years on her own as Thieneman-Seitz Construction and she served as the mentor for Stacy during the program.
They are now building beautiful custom homes all around the Louisville area! We are extremely excited to see the new company take shape and Stacy develops this new passion! She has already begun building homes in our Rock Springs Development.
After growing up with builders, contracts, and agents always around, Stacy loved the idea of custom home building. When RJ Thieneman announced the new builder apprenticeship she was quick to jump on the opportunity! She was previously working with Louisville Reality Group as a realtor. Her fun, modern designs are perfect and quick to attract millennial home buyers.
5309 Rock Ridge Drive in Rock Springs was Stacy’s first build! This home was so outstanding that she was contracted to build it again for a new client. Congratulations Stacy!
