What a year! We opened River City Storage as our first self-storage facility, and now we have acquired another shopping center! Regency Centre in Lexington, KY is a perfect addition to our portfolio. Like many of our other complexes it is anchored by Kroger, with a plethora of other businesses catering to the area residents. As RJ Thieneman’s third property outside of Louisville, it solidifies us as a regional presence in commercial real estate.
Regency Centre has been a part of the Lexington community for decades. Its established presence makes it a lively and bustling complex. The harmonious mix of retail and service options create a one-stop shopping experience. Along with Kroger, Regency Centre is home to T.J. Maxx, Michaels, IHOP, Five Below, Supercuts, Sally Beauty Supply, and Marti and Liz Shoes, among others. We are excited to have this addition to the RJ Thieneman family and look forward to serving the Lexington community.
