Last week we were invited to the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) Awards put on by the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIA). To our surprise and gratitude, we were lucky to win the 2017 SMC Award of Excellence for Best Overall Marketing Campaign-Developer. Our marketing campaign was entitled “Find Yourself at Rock Springs.” This campaign spotlighted residents that live in our residential development, Rock Springs, and what they enjoyed about living there. We want to thank the BIA for the nomination and the award. We hope that this upcoming year will be full of many new, exciting things in our residential developments!
