It was time for a celebration in the RJ Thieneman office this week! After beginning the Apprentice Builder Program over two years ago, Stacy Conley finished the program and has officially sold her first home. Stacy has learned the ins and outs of the building industry from her mentor, Pat Thieneman-Seitz, built a house from start to finish and now is ready to start building her next home.

This week we congratulated Stacy on the sale of her beautiful home in Rock Springs. Members of the RJ Thieneman team, as well as other builders and realtors joined us. This home was a project of love for Stacy as she was able to add custom touches to the home.

Stacy is looking forward to her future in the building industry. When asked she said, “It was a humbling experience. I feel both a sense of confidence and caution moving forward, having experienced success paired with the anxiety of number of days on the market. I am very excited for what the future holds and have strengthened my partnership with my mother and mentor by creating a new company, Thieneman Conley Construction. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my family and the staff at RJ Thieneman.”

Also, RJ Thieneman is excited to continue the Apprentice Builder Program with our newest apprentice, Brent Klein. You can read more about Brent here. Make sure to check back for more updates on the Apprentice Builder Program and all thing RJ Thieneman.
